Online Public Information Centre An Online Public Information Centre (PIC) was held September 7 to October 6, 2023 to present the study process, identify the preferred plan, existing conditions, anticipated environmental impacts and proposed mitigation and to receive input on the proposed improvements within the study area.
A ‘Notice of Public Information Centre’ letter was published in the Perth Courier on September 7, 2023, posted on the project website and sent to the project mailing list to indicate the date and time. The PIC materials were available for review on this project website and via hard copy upon request.

Please note there has been a change to the anticipated construction start date provided within the Public Information Centre display materials. Currently, the construction start date has not been determined and is dependent on the planning, design, environmental approval, property acquisition, utility coordination, and construction requirements.
Transportation Environmental Study Report Upon completion of the study, a Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) will be prepared detailing the existing conditions, socio-economic environment of the study area, the evaluation of alternatives, identify the preferred plan, summary of design features, potential impacts of the undertakings, and required mitigation measures. The TESR will be made available for a 30-day public comment period. At that time, a ‘Notice of TESR Completion’ will be published in the Perth Courier, posted on the project website and sent to the project mailing list containing the dates for the comment period. Stakeholders are encouraged to review the TESR and provide comments. The final TESR will be posted on this website and filed with the Minister of Environment, Conservation and Parks for approval once complete. Hard copies of the TESR will be available upon request.
