Welcome to the Highway 7 Detail Design study from Pauls Road to Carleton Place. The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has retained the services of Egis (formerly McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd.) to undertake the Detail Design and Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) for the resurfacing, operational improvements, intersection improvements and structural rehabilitations (Innisville Bridge [Site No. 15X-0062/B0] and Unnamed Tributary to McCreary’s Creek Culvert [Site No. 15X-0175/C0]) on Highway 7, from 0.9 km west of Pauls Road to Carleton Place, Lanark County.

​The purpose of this project website is to keep members of the public informed, share publicly available reports and other materials, and to allow for public comments. This project website will be updated to give notification of project milestones, opportunities for public engagement and other relevant information.
